How We Ship Your Gear 📦
We know waiting for pet mail is the hardest part! Here is exactly how we handle getting your Tinytailsco goodies out of our home office in Wisconsin and onto your front porch.
Packing your order (Processing Time)
Because we are a tiny team packing every single order by hand, we usually need about 1 to 3 business days to get your box taped up and ready for the mail carrier. We pack orders Monday through Friday. If you buy something on a Saturday night, we’ll get to work on it first thing Monday morning!
Shipping Speeds & Costs
We know sometimes you need things super fast, and other times you'd rather save a few bucks. We currently ship within the US and offer a few different options at checkout:

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time (1-3 days) + Transit Time (5-8 days).
How to track your stuff
The second we print your shipping label, our system will shoot you an email with your tracking link. Just a quick heads up: mail carriers can be a little slow at scanning things right away, so please give that link about 24 to 48 hours to actually show movement.
Uh oh, where is my box?
Mail can be weird sometimes. If your tracking says "delivered" but there's no package in sight, don't panic just yet. Take a look around your side door, ask your neighbors, and maybe give it one more day (carriers sometimes accidentally scan things as delivered early).
If it’s still totally lost after that, just drop us an email at contact@tinytailsco.store and we will step in to help you track it down!
