Let’s be totally real for a second: nobody actually enjoys reading privacy policies. But since you are trusting us with your personal info to buy cool stuff for your pets, we want to be 100% upfront about what we do with it.

Spoiler alert: we just use it to get your package to your front porch. We are a tiny home-based business, not a creepy data broker!

The info we actually collect

When you buy a cute new bed or toy from TinytailsCo, we obviously need to know who you are and where to send the box. So, at checkout, we collect your name, shipping address, email, and billing address.

If you are just browsing around our store, our website platform might grab some basic background stuff like your IP address or what internet browser you're using. It sounds super technical, but it really just helps us make sure the website isn't crashing on your phone while you shop.

What about the money stuff?

We mentioned this over on our payment page, but it’s totally worth repeating. We never see, save, or store your credit card numbers. When you punch in your card details or tap through with Apple Pay, that highly sensitive data goes straight to the secure payment processors. We just get a little notification saying "Paid!" so we can start taping up your box.

Who else sees your information?

Only the absolute essentials. We have to share your name and address with the mail carriers (like USPS or UPS) so they can physically deliver your package. We also use a secure website platform to keep the store running.

But here is our promise to you: we will NEVER sell, rent, or trade your personal info, email address, or shopping habits to weird third-party marketing companies.

Wait, what about cookies?

Yep, our site uses cookies. Sadly, not the yummy kind your dog begs for. These are just little digital trackers that remember what you left in your shopping cart so it doesn't disappear if you accidentally close your internet tab. If they bug you, you can always turn them off in your browser settings.
