RETURNS & REFUNDS

At tinytailsco, your satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of our travel gear and want you to be fully prepared for your next adventure. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging (including tags, boxes, and manuals).

  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team at support@tinytailsco.store with your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Approval: If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Defective/Wrong Items: If the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item), tinytailsco will cover the return shipping costs.

5. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately at support@tinytailsco.store if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

6. Refunds

  • Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

7. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

8. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Gift cards.

  • Final sale items or items purchased during a clearance event.
