Returns & Refunds 🐾 (Our 30-Day Policy)
Buying things online for your pet can be tricky we totally get it. Sometimes you measure twice and that harness is still a little too snug, or your cat looks at the expensive new bed and decides the cardboard shipping box is actually way better.
If something doesn't work out, don't worry. We want to make it right.
Our 30-Day Window
You have exactly 30 days from the day your package is delivered to request a return. If 30 days have gone by since your furry friend received their gear, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
The "Sniff & Inspect" Rule (Item Condition)
Because we sell pet supplies, hygiene is a huge deal to us. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached. Please make sure there is no pet hair, no weird smells, no mud, and definitely no chew marks on the items! If we receive a returned item that looks like it’s been worn to the dog park, we sadly won't be able to refund it.
Who pays for return shipping?
If you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to mail the item back to us. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we can't guarantee we will receive your returned box.
If we messed up (Defective or wrong item): Did we accidentally send you a pink bowl instead of blue? Is the item damaged? That is 100% on us. Send us a picture of the issue, and we will cover the return shipping costs and send you a prepaid label.
How to start a return
Please do not just mail the item back to our house without talking to us first! To start a return, simply shoot an email to contact@tinytailsco.store with your Order Number and the reason you're returning it. We will guide you through the next easy steps.
The Refund Process
Once your return box makes it back to our home office in Wisconsin, we will inspect the item. If everything looks good and clean, we will process your refund immediately. The money will automatically be applied to your original credit card or original method of payment. Please give your bank or credit card company about 3 to 5 business days to actually post the money back to your account.
Exchanges
Because we are a small shop and inventory moves fast, the quickest way to get a different size or color is to return your original item for a refund, and then just place a brand new order for the right one.
