📦 SHIPPING & ORDERS

Where do your products ship from?

Every single TinytailsCo order is packed by hand and shipped directly from our home office in Neenah, Wisconsin.

How long will it take to get my order?

Since we are a small team, we need about 1 to 3 business days to process and pack your items. Once your package is handed over to the mail carrier, standard shipping usually takes 5 to 8 business days to arrive at your door. (If you chose Expedited Shipping, expect it in 2 to 4 business days!).

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! If you treat your furry friend to over $65 worth of gear, the standard shipping fee is totally on us.

Can I pick up my order in person?

As much as we love meeting other pet parents, TinytailsCo is run out of our actual family home, so we don't have a physical retail storefront for local pick-ups or browsing just yet.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window. If 30 days have gone by since your package was delivered, we sadly can't offer a refund. To be eligible for a return, the item must be completely unused, unwashed, free of pet hair/smells, and in the exact same condition you received it.

I accidentally ordered the wrong size. Can I exchange it?

Because we are a small shop and our inventory moves super fast, we don't do traditional exchanges. The quickest way to get the right fit is to start a return for the original item, and then place a brand new order for the correct size!

How do I start a return?

Please don't just mail things back to us blindly! Shoot a quick email to contact@tinytailsco.store with your Order Number and let us know what’s going on. We will walk you through the super easy return steps.

🐶 SIZING & PRODUCTS

How do I know what size to buy for my pet?

Every pet is built differently! A "Small" for a Corgi might be a "Large" for a Chihuahua. Please always check the specific sizing chart listed in the photos or description of each individual product. We highly recommend using a soft measuring tape to measure your pet’s chest and neck before hitting that checkout button.

Are your chew toys actually indestructible?

While our toys for aggressive chewers are made from heavy-duty, highly durable rubber and nylon, no pet toy is truly 100% indestructible. Always supervise your pet during playtime and toss the toy if it starts breaking apart to keep them safe.
