As a small team working hard to build our own brand, take our own photos, and write our own descriptions, we have a massive amount of respect for other creators. We take intellectual property rights seriously.

If you are a copyright owner (or an agent for one) and you honestly believe that something on our website is using your work without permission, we want to make it right. You can submit a notification under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) to get it taken down.

How to file a Takedown Notice To help us find the issue and fix it fast, please send us an email with all of the following information. (We need all of these bullet points to legally process your request!):

  • Your Signature: A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright.

  • What was copied: A clear description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.

  • Where it is on our site: The exact URL or a specific description of where the material is located on TinytailsCo so we can actually find it and remove it.

  • Your Contact Info: Your address, telephone number, and email address so we can reach back out to you.

  • A Good Faith Statement: A statement from you saying that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

  • An Accuracy Statement: A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner (or authorized to act for them).

What happens next? Once we get a complete and valid DMCA notice, we will investigate and remove or disable access to the infringing material right away. We will also reach out to let you know it has been handled.
